Returns committed and final transcripts for a session, optionally filtered by revision kind. Committed segments are returned in `sessionCommittedIndex` order; final segments are returned in `sequence` order. Requires the `torqee:transcripts:read` scope.

`GET /api/v1/sessions/{id}/transcripts`

**Responses**

- `200` — Transcripts and their segments for the session
- `400` — Invalid revision filter
- `401` — Missing or invalid credentials
- `403` — Membership revoked or insufficient scope
- `404` — Session not found, or tenant database could not be resolved
- `500` — Unexpected server error
