Returns a temporary URL for the output that the transcription provider returned for this transcript, stored as-is. The format is provider-specific and torqee does not guarantee its schema; interpret it per `provider` and `model`. Currently available only for final transcripts produced by ElevenLabs. Requires the `torqee:transcripts:read` scope.

`GET /api/v1/sessions/{id}/transcripts/{transcriptId}/provider-output-url`

**Responses**

- `200` — Temporary provider output download URL
- `401` — Missing or invalid credentials
- `403` — Membership revoked or insufficient scope
- `404` — Session or transcript not found, provider output unavailable, or tenant database not found
- `500` — Unexpected server error
- `502` — Provider output storage retrieval failed
